Made-to-Order & Hand-Assembled

All CocoPalm necklaces are hand-assembled in small batches and made to order. Each piece is crafted with care to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, processing or shipping times may be slightly extended.
  • If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping option chosen at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, CocoPalm Collective ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Damages or Lost Packages

CocoPalm Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
