Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must meet the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number as proof of return.
Return shipping costs will only be covered if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refund amounts will reflect any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase.
Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
